Clanfield Properties and Clanfield Investments Limited are privately owned development companies est. in 1963 and based in the market town of Romsey. Founded by Sir James Hill and presently guided by his son Andrew, the companies pride themselves in being diverse in all sectors of the commercial and residential property markets.

Both companies enjoy an extensive investment portfolio ranging from single residential properties to clusters and a variety of commercial and industrial units along the south coast of England.

Now heading towards our 50th anniversary, the companies have had to modernise and diversify into new sectors of the property industry to encompass both housing association and convenience store schemes. This has provided us with success in what continues to be a very challenging environment.
